Sign Up : Connect 247 Dial-Up

Step 1/4 - Introduction

Thank you for choosing a Cymru 1 Connect 247 PAY AS YOU GO account.

Signing up is simple:

Step 1	Introduction (this page)
Step 2	Select Home User (even if you are a Business user)
Step 3	Select Dial-Up (as opposed to Broadband)
Step 4	Select "Dial up Internet Access - Home" Note: Please select this option even if you with to use the service with an ISDN line at 64k or 128k
Step 5	Select which company provides your telephone line: BT (most users) or NTL
Step 6	Select the "Pay as You Go" option
Step 7	Agree to the Terms and Conditions
Step 8	Enter your contact details, tell us which telephone number you will be calling from, and choose a username and password.
Step 9	Create an Email address (e.g. david@jones.cymru247.net)

After Step 9 has been completed, you will see a page showing that your account has been created and is ready to be used. This page will also provide you with details of how to configure your computer to use it. If you need help with this, please call us on 0871 871 4747.

REMEMBER: With Pay As You Go accounts you WILL incur telephone call costs when you are connected to the Internet. Calls are charged at 0845 rates which are normally the same as local call charges, but please contact your telephone service company (e.g. BT) to check the exact charges as they can depend on your telephone service rental options (e.g. Friends and Family).

We regret that due to security considerations the Connect 247 Pay As You Go service is not available to customers who have elected to be "Ex Directory". In addition, if you use 141 to withhold your telephone number, or have asked BT to permanently withhold your number, you will need to add the "number release" code of 1471 before the 0845 in order to be able to connect.
