Any work you ask us to do that falls out of the scope of Technical Support (and any optional extras that you may subscribe to) you will be charged at £50 + VAT per hour (minimum period 1 hour).

Please note that the scope of Technical Support specifically excludes the contents of your VPS, which is your responsibility.
