We guarantee that your VPS will be up at least 99.9% of the time over the course of each calendar month. If your VPS uptime falls below this threshold we will refund you 100% of your monthly service fee for that month.

Certain terms conditions and exclusions do apply, however, such as downtime cased by scheduled backups and maintenance, or by your own acts or omissions. Please read the Terms and Conditions applicable to our VPS options for full details.
