With our 0871 dmNumbers, by using an easy to use online control panel you can instantly change the real telephone number you want callers to be diverted to, and set up a hunt group of up to 4 different telephone numbers, each of which will be tried in turn until there is an answer, or to the included voicemail facility if you can't take the call. Another feature included as standard is the ability to create an interactive virtual switchboard for your 0871 dmNumbers. With this feature enabled, your callers are greeted with your own custom message and then asked to press numbers on their telephone keypad to be put through to different "departments". Once the caller makes their choice, our systems can divert their call to a single number or to a hunt group of several telephone numbers which will be tried in turn until the call is answered. Or, if you wish, they can be diverted to voicemail or to a set of recorded messages giving them details of your opening times, the location of your premises, special offers or indeed almost anything you want.
