If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed please note the following:
Due to a temporary problem with our signup systems, customers using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 may have difficulty downloading the automatic configuration file (option "a" in Step 6 above). If you experience this downloading problem please either email support @ cymru247.net giving us your username and asking us to email the setup file to you, or alternatively you can manually configure your computer to use your new account (this only takes about 60 seconds to do and isn't difficult).
MAC and Linux users: Please note that although our dial-up service is fully Mac and Linux compatible, we are unable to provide technical support for non-Windows platforms. In addition, please note that some browsers, notably Internet Explorer for the Mac and early versions of Netscape Navigator, are not compatible with our signup system.
