Domain Name Registration

If you have registered a domain yourself please contact the C1-Domains billing department for all accounts and billing enquiries regarding domains names registered through C1-Domains as follows:

By telephone: If you are based in the UK please dial 00 1 480 624 2515. Please remember that this will be charged as an International call to the USA, though depending on your telephone service provider and calls package is may be less expensive than calling some numbers in the UK. International callers should dial + 1 480 624 2515 (the + indicates that you should dial your normal international access code before the 1, which is the international country code for the USA)

To cancel a Connect 247 dial-up account:

To cancel a Connect 247 Broadband account:
Minimum contract terms and cancellation charges may apply.
Please contact the main Cymru 1 Billing Department to cancel your account.

To cancel a Gold or Silver hosting account or VPS
You must do so in writing.
Please contact the main Cymru 1 Billing Department for advice.

To cancel any form of pay as you go dial-up account
You may simply stop using it.

To cancel a dmNumber product
Please contact the dmClub helpline for further details

To cancel any other type of account:
