Unlike many of our competitors (especially those who have resorted to cold calling and "tricking" people into agreeing to a long term contract) we will NOT sign you up over the phone for our lost cost calls service or line rental. The only way to sign up for these products is to fill in and sign a (simple) application form which we will send you by post, email or fax and which you must then return to us by fax/post along with a completed direct debit mandate before we will process your order. You can therefore call us without worrying that you might accidentally find yourself committed to something you didn't really want.
Please note that in order to prevent spam reaching our mailboxes, if you send us an email you will automatically be sent a reply asking you to click on a link and enter a confirmation code before your email can be delivered to us. This is known as a challenge-response anti-spam system and, in our opinion, is one of the most effective ways of preventing spam. Please click here for additional information.
