Cymru 1 is in the process of undertaking major upgrades and enhancements to our systems.
Unfortunately this will result in some disruption to our website and email hosting customers.
Our hosting servers are being upgraded individually over the course of September and October.
Please see below for the status of the current upgrade:
This upgrade scheduled for Sunday 17th has been completed.
Customers who have been asked to change their DNS records
on the 17th of September should now do so.
This upgrade scheduled for Sunday 10th of September has been completed.
Customers who have been asked to change their DNS records on the 10th of September
should now do so.

There are no other reported faults on any of our systems or services
Broadband customers: If you have problems with your broadband connection, before contacting technical support you should always restart (reboot) your broadband router and all connected PCs. If this does not solve the problem please wait 15 minutes and try again. Repeat a few times if necessary. A simple reboot procedure like this resolves the majority of broadband problems reported to the Cymru 1 technical support department. Please click here for more trouble-shooting tips.
